Upon full payment, final project assets belong to the client. SAN Trade LLC retains the right to feature completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. Payment Policy
All projects begin with a 50% deposit. Remaining fees are due upon delivery. Payments are non-refundable once work begins.

Clients are responsible for licensing or purchasing third-party tools or subscriptions unless stated otherwise in the project scope.

8. Limitation of Liability
SAN Trade LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability will never exceed the amount you’ve paid us for the service in question.
